Return & Exchange Policy

Customer can exchange anything within 7 days after delivery only If delivered damaged or different from the picture ordered.

Customers can reach out to our customer support email (aljannatmalljrw@gmail.com) or drop us a WhatsApp message at our customer support number (+92 329 7414771) with the evidence of the damaged product in the form of a picture along with their order number. In addition, please keep the package in the same condition as received to make the return and exchange procedure smooth for both parties.

We do not offer refunds. However, we offer a suitable replacement in case customers receives a damaged product or is not satisfied with the quality of the product.

The replacement process will be completed within 7-30 working days of registering the complaint, depending on the nature of the complaint.

 

Please note that no complaints will be entertained after 7 days of order delivery.
